I want to know what a wish flag is? In the early days of the troop support movement we would sign Really big Thank You Cards to send to the troops Is this the same thing?

At 2 pm, rain or shine, children and teens will express with words and drawings their hopes for the future of America on "wish flags" that will be mailed to Obama
