When Anne first told me about this I thought it was just another sign of Obama's favorable treatment in city government, but when I saw that it was placed next to a sign reading "Federal Tax Forms, follow the arrows" I started to wonder if it might be a bit of a dig at the Chief Appointer of Tax Cheats.
