Its For the Children

The Left demands that we not fight their agenda because it is for the Children, but this is what they want for your child.

The report demands that children 10 and older be given a "comprehensive sexuality education" by governments, aid organizations and other groups, and that young people (children) should be seen as "sexual beings."

What could be the rational for such madness?

Ed Mechmann, spokesman for New York Archbishop Timothy Dolan, charged that Planned Parenthood was "trying to teach children sex without values and that sex is a matter of pleasure and done without consequences."

“Free Love” The failed liberation of human sexuality that resulted in torn lives and broken families. Children being raised by grandparents, mothers putting children at risk to have a hook ups with strangers, men who see woman only as the next hot little thing. Yes I know these are the extremes but they will not be if this kind of thing is not stopped.

Sex is an expression of  our deepest emotions, even the Free Love kind does not truly escape this reality. It is a spiritual truth undeniable in every human culture. A spiritual connection is made when people have sex. A culture that doesn’t protect that, one that that doesn’t prepare their children for that reality, will fail in a generation. Europe is on that path and America’s left is ignoring these lessons. The Summer of Love ended but the desire of those who promoted it, who used it to weaken the pillars of American society, never stopped they just quietly worked in the background to achieve the same ends. We push back but their march is relentless. We win here they move there, they change the language, they claim the high ground with words like “choice” and “rights” but in reality (as witnessed by the reaction to the Tebow Supper Bowl ad this weekend) these are just words used to shut up the opposition. Your Children are at risk. Our freedoms are at risk. Only a moral people can keep a republic like ours.

In the 70s the mantra I often heard was “you can't legislate morality” this was used to change the American mindset, people who honored fidelity in marriage were now quaint. People who had affair were just “following their heart” people who made bad decisions in life were protected from the consequences of those decisions and were then free to continue the same destructive behaviors. All the while a new morality was being legislated bit by bit to the point where you can not stand against sin nor for God without risking law suits, fines, or even jail. If you do stand you risk being shouted down or you could (California’s Prop 8) even be risking your livelihood. They demand little concessions and when any objection is raised they will dismiss them has an exaggeration then they demand more until they reach a line where they can say that something 30 years ago they claimed they didn’t want is now a right that is a hate crime to deny. The sexualizing of our children is another step in one of these little concessions, a right that parents can not object to.
