War Crime in Beersheba

Terrorist in the Hamas Controlled Gaza Strip fired two rockets into Beersheba last week (part of an on going campaign of terror)

For those who claim these acts are justifiable self-defense watch this video, see the damage to someones home, see the cars on the street, see that there is no target of military significance.  This is and they all have been attacks on the Civilian population of Israel designed to instill fear and to provoke a reaction that can then be exploited through the international press.

At some point Israel must respond and at some point the press will chide Israel for overreacting.

Faith and Taxes

A little boy wanted to know what it was like to have $100. His mother told him to pray to God for it, so he prayed for two weeks but nothing turned up. Then he decided perhaps he should write God a letter requesting the $100. When the post office received the letter addressed to God, they opened it and decided to send it to the President. The President was so impressed, touched and amused that he instructed his secretary to send the little boy $5. He thought this would appear to be a lot of money to a little boy.

The little boy was delighted with the $5 and sat down to write a thank-you letter, which read as follows:
Dear God:
Thank you very much for sending me the money. I noticed that you had to send it through Washington. As usual, the government deducted $95.

UN Role Model is woman who murdered 13 children

To be fair the UN Population Fund says they didn’t fund this ad and they did not make it, they did allow their name be attached to it and state that it was produced “in cooperation with” the UNPFA.

File:Dalal Mughrabi.jpg

A representative from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) told The Jerusalem Post on Thursday that the UN would disavow a television campaign being aired on Arab television stations with the fund’s imprimatur, that deems a female Palestinian terrorist a “model woman.”

The woman highlighted in the ad, Dalal Mughrabi participated in a 1979 incursion of Israel where armed PLO operatives came ashore from Lebanon killed an American photographer on the beach then hijacked a tour bus while shooting at passing cars and killing bus passengers along the way to Tel Aviv. They were stopped by a police roadblock where they exploded a grenade on board setting fire to the occupied bus, killing many, 38 total, wounding more than 70.

this vile person also had a USAID funded school briefly named for her, once it became public the name was changed.

What they say–v-What they do

What they say…

“I will say that I read the speech several times and thought that there wouldn’t be a lot of applause if any”

Robert Gibbs in response to complaints that Wednesday's Arizona memorial service was too much like a pep rally.

Not wanting to start a backlash

When we’ve had these kinds of attacks in the past caused by people of one religious persuasion The mantra from the media has always been to exercise caution as to avoid a backlash directed at the innocent nonviolent members of said religion. They say to lay blame on the group as a whole would be “counter productive”, it would incite people to take action against anyone who could be identified with said group, with no evidence that such backlash had ever occurred in fact with the instances of “Hate Crimes” falling in all but one category (crimes against Jews) over the last ten years, this belief is so important to our media that they refused to identify the Fort Hood massacre has an act of jihad nor were they willing to identify the Time Square bomber as anything but a “lone actor” (apparently without motive) until all other avenues had been thoroughly explored (including a Tea Partier angry about the Health Care bill) and no option remained (days after the events and when the audience has died* down)

This is in stark contrast to the events of this weekend where while the bodies were still on the ground in Tucson the media was blaming the Right, the Tea Parties, Sarah Palin and Glen Beck.

So I can only come to one of two conclusions…. The media has lied about the fear of a backlash and instead are refusing to identify Jihadist for political reasons or they want to see a violent backlash against the Right, the Tea Parties, Sarah Palin and Glen Beck. Maybe both?

Speaking of Crosshairs here is something to ponder

-vs-

Who’s putting Americans in gun sites?

Note: Palin’s ad had “targeted” 20 “districts” around the country, not people. The word “target” and the image has been used countless times in ads around the world for all kinds of messaging, this was nothing new nor was it some sinister attempt to inspire violence, to think otherwise is to join in the insanity that was the driving force behind the actions of  Jared Lee Loughner

*use of the word “died” was in no way intended to incite violence nor to imply ill towards anyone living are imagined.

My Week

So I brought a new hard drive for my XP computer, Plugged it all in and everything was going good until about ten minutes into the file transfer explorer locks up. I reboot the computer but it just doesn’t seem to want to work right, then it won’t boot at all except in safe mode. This leads me to believe that a driver has been corrupted. So since I’m running XP (and looking for an excuse to upgrade my computer) I decide its not worth it to reinstall XP and run down to the store to by Windows 7 and a new ASUS motherboard, AMD Athlon II X3 425 2700 Mhz processer, 4 gigs of ram, Nvidia 9500GT 1 gig video card (that I plan to upgrade latter), and a new power supply. I get everything home and start pulling out the old guts when I see that the whole problem was a loose ground wire to my new hard drive, I could have saved 600 bucks! No biggie I wanted to do this anyway. I put in all the new stuff, turn it on and begin to restore my backups and downloading NortonsAV from Comcast (its free for Comcast customers) when I lose my connection. I was behind but had paid most of my bill just a week ago, so I guessed that it wasn’t enough to keep them from cutting me off, and after doing the unplug, wait, plugin the router and modem/reset the modem thing a few times I decide just to wait until payday to have them turn me back on. When I pay my bill the guy at the counter says I did not get cut off, (I kinda thought this would happen) So when I get home I call customer support, tell them what I did and he ask if I reset the router (why would I, the network was working fine, it was just the internet that was out) Well that was it, I reset the router and I’m back… Long story short… (too late) never assume, it can cost you cost time and money. Not that I’m complaining, after all I got a fast new computer out of the deal and I’m ready for some of those new computer games I’ve been wanting to buy (command and conquer 4) (CitiesXL 2011) I just need the money…

Oh, and Merry Christmas, I got a new computer, what did you get :)

good news

5 anti-Nuke Activist who 2 years ago cut thru 3  fences around the Bangor Sub base (Home of our Trident Fleet) were convicted today on all counts

A federal jury in Tacoma has convicted five anti-war activists who cut fences at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor in November 2009 to protest Trident submarine nuclear weapons.

The U.S. attorney's office said the five were convicted Monday on all counts of conspiracy, trespass and destruction of government property.

I remember when they did this thing the local lefties were banking on the fact that they were senior citizens to protect them from consequences.

I’ll update with leftie reaction, if I find any…

How could those mean nasty republicans hold the middleclass tax cuts hostage?
