The Jew’s Ear Juice

It's a nasty-looking thick semi-transparent cloudy brown liquid. It's smell is weird, like a mix between the apple vinegar drink and turkey gravy

It’s made from the Wood Ear fungus that looks somewhat like an ear hence the name.

Note: It seem that then name is not an insult in China, “as Judaism considered in China a synonym of success”  Others say it may just be a poor job in the translation department.
